Beyond his qualifications, what sets T.J. apart as one of the best home inspectors in the region? “Hands on Experience” – Just because a home inspector has a background as a general contractor, does not mean that they have actual experience building and repairing houses with their own hands. Because T.J. has over 20 years of “hands on” building experience, he can not only find the problems in your house, but he can tell you the best way to have them repaired.  T.J. can answer questions like, “Is upgrading that electrical panel going to be costly?” “How big of a problem is that rotten sub-floor under that shower?” “What’s involved in replacing all the old galvanized piping with copper or PEX?”  “Is PEX even OK to use?”  T.J. can give you sound advice as to the headache a particular problem will create, so you can make a wise and informed decision.

I’m a home inspector.  I do not sell houses… I inspect them!  When you hire me, I work only for you.  I don’t work for the seller, your lender or your real estate agent. You hired me to inspect your home and that’s what I’m going to do. My goal is to give you the most thorough inspection I can, explained in an easy-to-understand report with photos that give you a clear understanding of the state of your house. Whether you are buying a new house or selling your home and want to know about potential problems that could put the sale at risk, I am the home inspector you want on the job. When I get done you’ll be asking, “HOWDY find so many problems with that house?”

Give me a call today to schedule your personal home inspection. I’m licensed in NC and SC and am ready to go to work for you today!
